The Experience
From your front door to your first breath of the bush. Here is how your day unfolds.
We Pick You Up
We collect you directly from your lodge or guesthouse in Malelane, Marloth Park, or Komatipoort. No driving, no stress. We arrive punctually before gate opening so not a minute is wasted.
Into the Park
We enter through Crocodile Bridge or Malelane Gate into the wildlife-rich southern Kruger. Conservation fees are paid by card at the gate. Then the bush takes over.
Reading the Bush
Your guide reads tracks, sounds, and behaviour to put you in the right place at the right time. Every drive is different, and that is what makes each one unforgettable.
Back to Your Lodge
We return you safely to your accommodation at the end of the drive. Half day guests are typically back by midday, full day by early evening, with memories that last a lifetime.

Getting Here
We operate through two of the southern Kruger's most productive gates and we'll come to you if you're staying nearby.
Gate One
One of Kruger's premier southern entry points, renowned for exceptional Big 5 density particularly lion, elephant, and white rhino. The Crocodile River corridor makes for breathtaking early-morning drives.
Gate Two
A quieter, more exclusive entry into the southern Kruger with stunning riverine terrain along the Crocodile and Biyamiti rivers. A favourite for leopard, buffalo, and dramatic landscape photography.
Complimentary Lodge Pickup
If you're based at a lodge or guesthouse in the area, we offer complimentary pickup and drop-off directly from your accommodation. Your safari starts the moment you step outside.
Guest Experiences
"An incredible morning in the bush. Our guide's knowledge of animal behaviour and the terrain was extraordinary. We saw more wildlife than we ever expected and came back completely in awe of the Kruger."
United Kingdom
"The pickup from our lodge in Marloth Park was seamless. We had a group of eight and the vehicle was perfect. The leopard sighting near Malelane Gate alone made the whole day for us."
Cape Town, South Africa
"We did the gate-to-gate experience and I cannot recommend it enough. The knowledge our guide shared about animal behaviour and the ecosystem was as impressive as the sightings themselves."
Johannesburg, South Africa
Questions Answered
Half day morning drives typically depart before sunrise to arrive at the gate for opening around 05:30 in summer, slightly later in winter. We'll confirm your exact pickup time when your booking is finalised.
Stick to neutral, earthy colours like khaki, olive or beige and avoid anything bright or white. Early mornings in the bush can be cool so bring a light jacket. Sunscreen, a hat and insect repellent are essentials. A camera is a must and binoculars are always a great addition. Water will be provided on the drive.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome on private safaris. Younger children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and should be comfortable sitting quietly during game viewing. Note that Kruger National Park charges conservation fees for children aged 2 and older.
Conservation fees are charged by SANParks (South African National Parks) and are paid directly at the gate on the day of your safari. All Kruger gates are cashless. You must pay by credit or debit card. Fees vary by nationality; see the fee table above. Wild Card holders enter free.
No ethical guide can guarantee specific sightings, wildlife is wild. However, the southern Kruger has one of the highest Big Five densities in Africa and our experience and knowledge of the terrain gives you the best possible chance.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (June–September) and South African school holidays. Last-minute bookings can sometimes be accommodated. WhatsApp us to check availability.
The dry winter months (May–September) are widely considered the best for game viewing. Vegetation is thinner, animals concentrate around water sources and the weather is cool and comfortable. Summer (Oct–April) is lush and green with newborn animals and excellent birdlife, but game can be harder to spot.
Yes, safaris run rain or shine. Rain can actually enhance game viewing as animals become more active. In the rare event of severe weather making the drive unsafe, we will contact you and arrange an alternative date.
